1. Describe it
Email or call us with what you'd like: “Change our winter hours”, “Swap the photo on the About page”, “Add a page for our new service”.
How it works
Changing your website should be as easy as sending an email. Here's how changes work, and how we move your site off WordPress.
Making a change
Email or call us with what you'd like: “Change our winter hours”, “Swap the photo on the About page”, “Add a page for our new service”.
We make the change on a private preview of your site and send you the link. Nothing changes for your visitors yet.
Happy with it? Say so and it goes live, usually within a couple of minutes.
Every version of every page is saved. If something isn't right, we can put the previous version back in minutes.
Just ask
Most changes are as simple as describing them.
Moving off WordPress
Every public page, image and file comes across. Plugin clutter is cleaned out and messy page addresses are tidied up, with redirects from the old ones.
You get a private link to the new site to click through on your phone and computer. We fix anything that isn't right.
Your domain's settings, including email, are copied first. Then, on a weekday morning, we point your domain at the new site.
Your site is checked every 10 minutes, and we watch how Google crawls it in the weeks after the move.
Want to know how your site is doing? We can send you a short monthly report: visits, your most popular pages, where visitors came from, and how quickly your pages load for real visitors.
Visits are counted without cookies, so there's nothing for your visitors to accept.
Call or email. If you're on WordPress today, we'll plan the move with you.
